Production Schedule 7th January - 25th February

1	7th Jan	1 Schedule Creation: this week I will make sure that I create a realistic schedule to enable me to submit a completed project for the 15th February in accordance with the objectives outlined in my treatment. The schedule will be realistic, detailed and will contain 3 meaningful activities to complete as homework. Homework activities should take up four hours additional study time per week.   2 Schedule Creation: Today I will look at other commitments I have in my other A Levels including scheduled exams – this will enable me to produce a realistic schedule. In order to do this I will need to ask my other subject teachers about deadlines for homework/coursework during the next six weeks.   3 Article Creation: This is where I begin designing my first article ‘A Touch Of Class’ and begin writing and editing it, I may also do some extra content research. Because I changed the article idea completely, I will have to start researching the content from scratch. Book my photo shoot. I will also create a good file structure, so when creating my project I know where everything is.   4 Project Monitoring & Article Creation: I will continue writing my ‘A Touch Of Class’ article, I will then have a look at home much more I need to complete and review what I have to do in the upcoming weeks.   Homework 1: do some more content research for my articles   Homework 2: Continue writing up ‘A Touch Of Class’ article   Homework 3: Try and find some models to prepare for my photo shoot   Exams/other subject deadlines: Philosophy and ethics exam 15th January
2	14th Jan	1 Finish Article Creation: Finishing ‘A Touch Of Class Article’, I may then start writing my second article which is ‘Can’t handle the stress?’ this is all about teenage stress. I may also do a little bit more research into teenage stress.   2 Carry on writing my articles: I will have hopefully finished my ‘A Touch Of Class’ Article and be well into my teenage stress article.   3 Carrying on with writing the article: I will have hopefully reached the middle point of my teenage stress article, with much more research to include.   4 Project Monitoring & finishing my article: hopefully I will have completed two articles over the first two weeks and found as much research as possible to include.   Homework 1: Do as much research as I can for the content of my article   Homework 2: Start writing a questionnaire for content of my break out boxes or some extra research   Homework 3: Start looking at some fonts   Exams/other subject deadlines: My philosophy exam is on the 15th. This could mix up my schedule because I will have to spend a lot of time doing revision.
3	21stJan	1 Article Creation Time: I will just be starting to think about what should be included in ‘Our Sex Life Has Flumped’ article. I need to do a lot of research into this so I think I will have a whole lesson doing some research 2 Carrying on with article creation: I will just be starting to write the article at this point if I have the right amount of research to include   3Article Creation: I will be well on the way with this article, hopefully finishing it by 4th lesson   4 Project Monitoring & finishing touches to article creation: I will take a look at what needs to be completed that I may have missed due to possible issues in my schedule. I will also hopefully of finished my third article   Homework 1: Carrying on with writing my article at home   Homework2: Preparation for my photo shoot, including finding models & having a meeting with my models, showing them call sheets   Homework 3: Downloading and saving fonts & research magazine layouts   Exams/other subject deadlines:
4	28th  Jan	1Photoshoot planning: I will begin getting the props together that I need for my photo shoot and I will locate some reference material for my photo shoot   2 Photoshop front cover: Start developing the front cover in Photoshop & masthead creation   3 Photoshoot: Take photos for the 2nd and 3rd DPS which is ‘Can’t Handle The Stress?’ and ‘Our Sex Life Has Flumped’                           4 Project Monitoring & Photoshop: Monitor my project using the blog and continue to develop the front cover of magazine, input photograph into Photoshop   Homework 1: Do my first photo shoot on the 28th January at 2:10-3:10 for my front cover and 1st DPS   Homework 2: Catch up with my blog and make sure everything is in that needs to be   Homework 3 : Contact sheet   Exams/other subject deadlines: N/A
5	4th Feb	1 Set up InDesign pages & Photoshop Begin to set up the page margins and rulers in InDesign and continue creating the front cover   2 Photoshop & InDesign Finish front cover on Photoshop and start to develop the InDesign DPS pages   3 InDesign:  Start creating break out boxes for all of my DPS’s   4 Project Monitoring & InDesign: develop the InDesign DPS pages   Homework 1: Finish front cover on Photoshop   Homework 2: Contingency photo shoot   Homework 3: Peer review work   Exams/other subject deadlines: N/A
