Contingency Plan - A2 Project

What could go wrong during production	How are you going to avoid this issue? What’s your back up plan?
Memory stick could get lost	Ensure that there is always a backup available, whether it be on another memory stick or a computer, just insure that it is never just available at one source.
Models forgetting the time of the shoot/Not turning up	Make sure that the models are aware of all the timings of the shoots, where it is going to be held and what exactly they will be doing to stop them from forgetting and feeling uneasy about the shoot. Also I will have to make sure that I have other models available if they cannot attend for different reasons.
Running out of time when putting together the project	It’s very important that I time my schedule very well and know exactly what is going to happen each day. Having a better schedule means I will not get lost in the time that I have to create the project.
Possibility of bad weather and missing allocated time for photo shoot	I must ensure that I have contingency photo shoot time available so if this is the case I will have extra time available.
Bulbs going in the studio	Although I have booked the shoot at a professional studio, I will have to make sure that there is extra bulbs available
Doing college work at home and not having it available at college	I will have to make sure that I always email the work so I have it available or make sure I save the work to a memory stick
Photos out of focus	To create decent images I will have to make sure that I don’t rush taking the photos which will then create better quality images, I will also take as many as I can so I have a bigger selection to choose from
Computers could crash	It’s important that I keep saving my work while going through it. It would be a disaster if I make a full product in a day and then it all get lost because the computer crashes and I haven’t saved it. Saving work is key.
Fonts not installed	I will always have a copy saved to my hard drive so I can easily copy it over again
Props getting lost	I will make sure that I have backup props, and in the meantime keep my props in a safe place.
